DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Delivery policy
1. Delivery Areas: We deliver to most countries. Delivery costs and times may vary depending on your location. For international orders, customs fees may apply.
2. Delivery Times:
Standard Delivery: 3 to 15 working days for orders in France.
Express Delivery: 1-7 business days (available for an additional fee).

Free shipping on all orders over $80.

4. Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number so that you can follow the status of your delivery in real time (if applicable).
5. Delivery Issues: If you do not receive your order within the expected time frame, please contact our customer service department immediately. We will do our best to resolve the problem.

Return and exchange policy
1. Return Period: You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return unworn and unwashed items.
2. Return Conditions:
Items must be in original condition, with all labels and packaging intact.
Sale or promotional items are not refundable, but can be exchanged.
3. Return Process:
Step 1: Complete the returns form included in your package or download it from our site.
Step 2: Carefully package the items to be returned in their original packaging.
Step 3: Send your package to the address indicated on the returns form. We recommend using a tracking service to avoid loss.
4. Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund request. The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5-14 business days.
5. Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for another size or color, please follow the same returns process and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Return costs: Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error on our part (defective or incorrect item).
